Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. That call costs you a week and tells you nothing you could not have read in two minutes. So here is every number, what it includes as a count you can check, and exactly where it stops.
Start here
Every engagement starts with a paid diagnostic.
We do not run a free discovery call that quietly scopes your project for nothing. We run a paid one that produces a document, and the fee comes off what you buy next. If the honest answer is do not build, you get that in writing and we say so.
JTL Growth · systems
Growth Systems Diagnostic
$1,500
Ten business days. For a funnel, an automation, a CRM, a migration, a site, or anything that is quietly broken and costing you money every week it stays broken.
- A map of up to 3 connected systems, drawn, not described
- Every automation, pipeline, form and integration listed with a row count
- A security scan of your live pages, with a dated report
- The five most expensive breakages, each with what it costs you a month
- A build or do not build recommendation, in writing
- A fixed price quote with the scope already fenced
- The whole $1,500 comes off your setup fee
AVAS · content
Content Systems Diagnostic
$750
Ten business days. For content, social, brand and campaign work. Run by AVAS, our sister company, with Gwen Ayala on the call.
- Every live channel audited with 90 days of real numbers
- Three named competitors, their cadence and format mix counted
- Everything you published in 90 days, sorted by format and funnel stage
- The five highest value formats you are not making
- A 90 day calendar with a post count per week and an owner per row
- The whole $750 comes off your first month
The tiers
What it costs to have us running it.
Prices in US dollars. Every tier is a count, not an adjective. The setup fee is the build and it is never sold on its own, because a system nobody maintains is a system that quietly stops working in month four.
Signal
$0
One property. Free, and it stays free.
- Uptime check every 5 minutes, all day, every day
- An alert email inside 10 minutes of a failed check
- A public status page for your site
- A monthly scorecard, 12 named checks, on the 1st
Where it stopsNo human touches anything. We tell you what we find, we do not fix it. Capped at 25 accounts.
Systems Watch
$297/mo
One property. Three month minimum, then month to month.
- Everything in Signal
- 2 change requests in progress at a time, 30 minutes each
- 1 security scan a month across 4 named classes
- 1 SSL, DNS and domain expiry check a month
- 1 seat in our client portal, your own login
- 1 written report by the 5th, and a call every quarter
Where it stopsA change request is what one person finishes in 30 minutes inside the platform you already have. Anything longer, we quote before we start. New pages, new integrations, design and copywriting are not included.
Platform Migration
$2,500
One migration. Four weeks, billed in two.
- Up to 10,000 contacts moved, counted before and counted after
- Up to 10 email or SMS sequences rebuilt and tested
- Up to 5 forms and 3 pipelines rebuilt, field mapping documented
- DNS cutover with a written rollback plan
- A week with both systems live at once
- 2 hours of recorded training, 14 days of fixes after cutover
Where it stopsWe do not switch your old system off until you have signed the count reconciliation. Historical analytics data does not migrate, and you should export it before we start.
Operator Retainer
$1,450 setup
+ $2,500/mo
2 requests in progress. Three month minimum, then month to month. $2,200 a month paid annually.
- The setup builds it: 6 automations, 3 pipelines, 2 pages, 1 form to CRM path
- A named operator who signs every deliverable and is on every call
- A reply inside 1 business day, Manila hours
- Uptime checks, a monthly security scan, a dated OWASP report at handover
- Up to 4 automation changes a month, break fix at no extra charge
- One number that defines success, agreed in writing, tracked every month
Where it stopsTwo requests in progress at a time. Submit as many as you like, we work the top two and the rest queue in the order you set. A request in revision counts as in progress until you close it. Your diagnostic fee comes off the setup.
Embedded Operator 2 slots
$2,900 setup
+ $3,950/mo
5 requests in progress. Three month minimum. $3,475 a month paid annually.
- Everything in Operator, at double the build counts
- A named operator and a named builder, both on every call
- A reply inside 4 business hours, and 24 hours on anything under 4 hours of work
- An AI agent built with a written escalation path and a written refusal list
- A security scan monthly, a dated OWASP report quarterly
- Up to 12 automation changes a month, plus one new automation built from scratch
- A quarterly architecture review with a written 90 day plan
Where it stopsSold only to clients who have completed a setup with us. Two slots at a time, and the number open is on this page. We acknowledge a production outage inside 4 business hours, not one hour, because we will not sell you a clock we cannot staff.
Partner Lane
$499/mo
Per sub-account, white label, for agencies. $399 at 5, $349 at 10. $1,000 a month account minimum.
- A full system build into your agency account at $1,200 a sub-account
- Your branding, your invoice, your client relationship
- We never contact your client and we never appear on anything
- 30 days notice per sub-account, no term
Where it stopsYour client pays their platform subscription directly and we take no margin on the seat. Your retail price is your business and we will not undercut it.
Add-ons and one-time work
Priced the same way: a count and a stop.
| What | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Ship Scan Report | $1,500 | Up to 25 of your live pages scanned across 4 classes: prompt injection surface, crash and error states, data leaks, and credibility defects. A dated report referencing OWASP, a severity and a reproduction step per finding, one named fix each, and a free re-scan within 30 days. We report, we do not fix. Fixes are a change order or a build. No penetration testing and no credential attacks: this is a surface scan and page one says so. We need written authorisation from the domain owner first. |
| Priority Clock | $450 or $750 per month |
Turnaround compressed to 1 business day on anything under 4 hours of work, and an acknowledgement inside 2 business hours. $450 on Operator, $750 on Embedded. It buys speed, not capacity. It applies to requests already inside your limit. Cancel it any month without touching your retainer. |
| Pause | $19 per month |
Keep your portal seat, your files, your message history, your assigned operator and your current price. Unused days from the cycle bank and stay usable. No new requests while paused. Up to 3 months, then the subscription closes and the price lock ends. |
| Change orders | $175 per hour |
Anything outside your tier or over its clock. Quoted and approved in writing before any work starts, logged against a named task in your portal so you watch it burn. This is the only hourly rate on this site, and it exists so that out of scope work has an honest price rather than a surprise. |
| Corporate AI Workshop | $6,500 | Two days, on site or live, up to 12 seats from one company. Four pre-workshop interviews across your departments, a library of 40 prompts built against your actual workflows, an indexed recording, a written adoption plan with six named next actions and an owner against each, and 30 days of follow up questions. Seat 13 onward is $250. Travel outside Metro Manila is billed at cost. No build work is included. |
Terms and conditions, in plain sentences
Where every number stops.
Scope creep is not a personality problem, it is a definition problem. Here are the definitions, in the same words that appear in the contract.
We sell a number of requests in progress at a time with an uncapped queue behind it, which is the same promise written honestly. A vendor who sells unlimited and does not publish a concurrency limit is selling you their queue, not their capacity.
Two rounds per asset. A round is one consolidated set of comments from you, delivered together. Comments that arrive after we have started the next round begin a third round, quoted at $175 an hour with a 15 minute minimum.
9am to 6pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays. Turnaround clocks run on those hours only. A request submitted at 5:50pm Friday starts its clock at 9am Monday. We do not run an out of hours rota and we will not sell you a clock we cannot staff.
Delivery dates assume we have your assets, access and approvals. If we are waiting more than 5 business days on you or on a third party vendor, the delivery date moves by the length of the wait. The price does not move.
Scope freezes at the end of the first milestone. Everything after that is a change order, quoted in writing and approved by you before any work starts. We would rather have an awkward conversation in week two than send you an invoice you did not expect in week six.
Platform fees, phone registration and campaign fees, SMS and voice usage, model API spend, hosting, domains and stock licences are passed to you at cost with the vendor invoice attached to ours. We never mark them up and we never absorb them, so you can always check.
Advertising spend and paid media management, video shoots, actors and locations, 3D, print production, long form document design, and any platform we do not hold a licence for. If you need one of those we will name someone good and take nothing for the introduction.
Parts of this work are produced with AI systems we build and run ourselves. That is how this firm works and it is why the turnaround is what it is. Every deliverable is reviewed and signed by a named person before it reaches you, and that person is named in your contract.
Terms
The rest of the answers.
- Minimum term
- Three months, then month to month. Six months waives the setup fee. Twelve months takes 12 percent off the monthly and locks your price against any increase.
- What happens on a call
- A 20 minute fit call, free, to work out whether the diagnostic is the right purchase. Nothing is scoped on it and nothing is quoted on it. That is what the diagnostic is for.
- If the answer is no
- A diagnostic can end in a written do not build. The fee is not refunded, and that sentence is on the order form above the pay button. We would rather charge you $1,500 to stop than $9,500 to start something that will not work.
- Payment
- Bank transfer or card. Invoiced monthly in advance. Annual and quarterly options are on the tier, not a negotiation.
- Who does the work
- A named operator, in Manila, who signs your deliverables and appears on your calls. Not a rotating pool, and not a ticket queue with a first name attached.
- Larger builds
- Multi system and multi department work is scoped from the diagnostic and quoted as a fixed price with milestones. There is no number for it on this page because there is no honest number until we have looked.
