Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are
JTL Growth builds AI and automation systems for businesses. We operate from the Philippines and serve clients worldwide. This policy covers jtlgrowth.com and the Instagram messaging integration described below.

The website
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read. It sets cookies and records the usual analytics signals: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
Analytics storage is set to denied by default and only runs if you consent. Decline, and the tags stay off — we are not measuring you in the background.
We do not sell data, we do not run advertising pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
The Instagram integration
Our Instagram account @jtlgrowth runs an automated reply. If you comment a keyword on one of our posts, our system sends you one direct message containing the free resource that post offered. The reply identifies itself as automated.
What Meta sends us
When you comment on one of our posts, Meta sends our server a webhook containing:
- your Instagram-scoped user ID — an identifier specific to our app, not your Instagram password, email, or phone number
- your username and the text of the comment you posted publicly
- the comment ID and the ID of the post it was left on
What we actually keep

If you reply to our message and a real conversation starts, that conversation lives in our Instagram inbox like any other message, and stays until you or we delete it.
What we never do
- send you anything you did not ask for by commenting
- add you to an email list because you commented
- sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
- message you more than once per comment
Deleting your data
Email hello@jtlgrowth.com from any address, or send a direct message to @jtlgrowth, and say you want your data removed. Include your Instagram username so we can find it.
We delete everything we hold about you and confirm within 30 days. There is nothing to appeal and no retention we argue for — the only thing we store is a comment ID that expires on its own within 8 days anyway. You can also revoke our app's access at any time from Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites.
Clients
When we build systems for a client, we handle data inside their tools — their CRM, their inbox, their calendar — under their instructions. In that work we are a processor, not the owner of the data, and the client's own privacy policy governs it. We do not copy client data into our own systems beyond what a specific engagement requires.
Third parties we rely on
- Google Analytics — website measurement, consent-gated
- Meta Platforms — Instagram messaging and comment webhooks
- GitHub Pages — hosting for this website
- Vercel — hosting for the webhook endpoint that powers the Instagram reply
Each processes data under its own terms. We choose them for reliability, not for data sharing, and none of them receive data from us for advertising purposes.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Email hello@jtlgrowth.com and we will answer within 30 days. We do not require a specific form or legal language — a plain sentence is enough.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top and the change is visible in this page's public history. We do not quietly broaden what we collect.
