As a Co-Founder of AVAS (Ayala Virtual Assistance Services) since January 2025, he leads a team building AI, automation, and GoHighLevel systems for coaches, agencies, and small businesses: landing pages, client portals, content engines, and the operations behind them.
In 2026 he founded JTL Growth, a web development and growth studio in Caloocan City, registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry under Business Name No. 8378934, legal name JTLGROWTH COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES. The agency runs on an AI operations system he designed himself — a roster of specialised agents coordinating research, copywriting, design, QA, and finance behind a task queue and review gates. Every system shipped to a client has already been run in production on his own business.
What his teams have shipped: client ops portals, lead generation engines, AI workshop programs, and automation that replaces manual back-office work — for clients in the Philippines, the United States, Europe, and Australia.
His foundation is engineering, and it is not recent. He has been with VFJ Low Voltage Builders since 2018 — first as Construction Coordinator, then Assistant Project Manager, and Co-Founder since February 2025 — delivering end-to-end construction, low-voltage systems, and IT services. He is also a graduating electrical engineer (September 2026) at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. It is why he builds automation like an engineer rather than a marketer.
