I’m Jamz Jamorol. I run JTL Growth out of Caloocan with my co-founder Gwen, and with an AI workforce that handles the repetitive half of the work, so a two-person firm ships like a ten-person one.
Since January 2025 I’ve been building AI, automation and CRM systems for coaches, agencies and small businesses: funnels, client portals, content engines, lead engines, and the operations underneath them. Clients in the Philippines, the US, Europe and Australia.

Gwen Ayala is an Online Business Manager and Marketing Strategist, and co-founder of JTL Growth. She runs Ayala Virtual Assistance Services, founded Filipina Women in Business, and co-founded Robots & Coffee.
Five years in the digital space. She started at 18 as a working student and a VA with no experience and no resume, landed international clients, and built her own agency. She now helps coaches, creatives and CEOs clean up their operations, launch with clarity, and scale with strategy.
