Quick fixes
Open the iPhone Settings app, go to Hugas, and turn on Camera. Then come back to Hugas; it picks up the change on its own.
No signal is fine. The photo is saved on your phone, and Hugas sends it by itself once signal is back, as long as the app is open or the next time you open it. Then the turn moves on.
Another member logged that turn before your photo arrived, so the turn had already moved on. Nothing is broken. Check the pila to see who is next.
Go to the Puso tab and tap "Palitan kung sino ka".
Hugas is built to work at every text size. Tell us which screen and your text size setting, and we will fix it.

Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, but tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.
